  • Can I smoke or drink on the bus?

    No. Smoking and drinking are not allowed for your safety and that of other passengers and staff.

  • If we purchase online, when and how do we get tickets?

    After payment, you will be taken to a page to print off a voucher or save your QR code to your phone which you may scan to board the bus. Please arrive 10-15 mins early for all tours.

  • Do your bus tours run every day?

    Yes!

  • How long does the tour take?

    The tour length depends on which tour you choose but the range from 45 minutes to 2 hrs long.

  • Does the double decker open air bus run during the rain?

    Our double-decker buses run just fine in wet weather, and on rainy days, we offer seating on the lower level.

  • How far ahead should I book a tour?

    It is never too early to organize your trip; therefore, we recommend that you book early. After you purchase your tickets, you have up to 12 months to use them.

  • What does a charter mean and how much do they cost?

    A charter is a temporary lease of our double-decker bus and driver. When a group wants to have a customized trip with their own tour guide, a charter is a good option, as it is a very economical way to travel as a group. The pricing depends on the route, the group size, and the date and time requested.

  • Are tickets required for children?

    Children 4 and under are free. Child tickets are available for kids ages 5 to 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Who drives your bus?

    Our experienced and professional drivers! Every driver has been specially trained, and all of them satisfy safety criteria such as medical reviews, background checks, driving record checks, extensive training, and drug and alcohol testing.

  • Do you offer student discounts?

    Unfortunately, student discounts are not available for individuals at the moment.

  • How can I place advertising on your bus?

  • Is your bus handicap accessible?

    For wheelchair accommodation, we strongly suggest contacting our office one day prior to your tour. 843-286-5152

  • Am I guaranteed a seat if I have a ticket?

    Yes! We do not oversell our tickets. Seats are not assigned and the upstairs is first come first serve. Please note tours may be canceled if the minimum of riders is not met.

  • What can I see and visit?

  • How can I pay for the Big Red Bus?

    For online bookings, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 


    We recommend purchasing tickets online prior to the tour.

  • Is there any standing room on the bus?

    Yes, but only located on the lower level.
